Introduction

Pure platform is considered to be one of the powerful platform that enables universities & research institutions to store administer, show researchers publications, evaluate collaboration, view the research facilities, origination, and staff information. The system aggregates research information from internal and external sources in which publication can be entered manually or retrieved automatically from sources as Scopus, and other global database. The Ministry of Education embarked on this project with the ultimate objective that track of their own research (output). The system retrieves the data of the researcher using his/her Scopus ID and link all the related publication into Pure metadata.

Pure consists of s web-based interface, which is supported by many modern browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and safari. The web interface enables users and researchers to access and update their research information from anywhere without the need of installing a client on their PC. It is simply a matter of pointing the browser to the MoE pure access page, and using your network credentials to log in.
