Sponsorship

The sponsorship advantages  include many benefits for the companies and establishments sponsoring the fair. The sponsorship of the conference is divided into five classes. The advantages of each class are as follows:

First: the Participant Sponsor Class F (Maximum sponsors: Eleven)

1. The participant sponsor will obtain a booth in the fair of (4m × 3m) of 12 m². 
2. The logo will be put on the literature of the conferrence, which includes the bulletin and the guide of the conference.
3. The sponsor’s logo will be put in the conference advertisements in local newspapers.
4. (10) free invitations to the conference.
5. The logo of the sponsor will be put on the website of the conference with a link to the sponsor’s website.
6. The sponsor will be awarded an appreciation plaque for participating as the participant sponsor.

Charges: (30,000) thirty thousand Saudi Riyals

Second: Silver Sponsor Class D (Maximum sponsors: Ten)

1. The participant sponsor will obtain a booth in the fair of 24 m², 6 × 4 m.
2. The logo of the sponsor will be put on the literature of the conference, which includes the bulletin and the guide of the conference.
3. The logo of the sponsor will be put in the lectures hall, lunch hall and coffee corners.
4. The sponsor will obtain a full page colored advertisement A4 in the guide of the conference.
5. The logo of the sponsor will be put on the website of the conference with a link to the sponsor’s website.
6. The sponsor’s logo will be put in the conference advertisements in local newspapers.
7. The literature of the sponsor will be distributed among the attendance, along with the literature of the conference.
8. (20) free invitations to the conference.
9. The sponsor will be awarded an appreciation plaque for participating as silver sponsor.

Charges: (70,000) Seventy Thousand Saudi Riyals

Third: Golden Sponsor Class C (Maximum sponsors: Five)

1. The sponsor will obtain a booth in the fair of 36 m², 6 × 6 m.
2. The logo of the sponsor will be put on the literature of the conference which include the bulletin and the guide of the conference.
3. The sponsor will obtain a full page colored advertisement A4 in the guide of the conference.
4. The logo of the sponsor will be put in lectures hall, lunch hall and coffee corners.
5. The logo of the sponsor will be distinctively put on the website of the conference with a link to the sponsor’s website.
6. The sponsor’s logo will be put in the conference advertisements in local newspapers.
7. The literature of the sponsor will be distributed to the attendance, along with the literature of the conference.
8. (30) free invitations to the conference.
9. The sponsor will be awarded an appreciation plaque for participating as a golden sponsor.

Charges: (100,000) One Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals

Fourth: Platinic Sponsor Class B (Maximum sponsors: Three)

1. The sponsor will obtain a booth in the fair of 48 m², 8 × 6 m.
2. The logo of the sponsor will be put in a distinctive size on the literature of the conference which includes the bulletin and the guide of the conference.
3. The logo of the sponsor will be put in lectures hall, lunch hall and coffee corners.
4. The sponsor will obtain a full two-pages colored advertisement A4 in the guide of the conference.
5. The logo of the sponsor will be put in a distinctive size on the website of the conference with a link to the sponsor’s website.
6. The sponsor’s logo will be put in a distinctive size in the conference advertisements in local newspapers.
7. The literature of the sponsor will be distributed among the attendance along with the literature of the conference.
8. (100) invitations to the conference.
9. The sponsor will obtain a list of the attendants’ names and addresses in an electronic form.
10. The sponsor will have the opportunity to deliver a lecture for (10) minutes within the conference program.
11. The sponsor will be awarded an appreciation plaque for participating as platinic sponsor.

Charges: (450,000) Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals

Fifth: The Official Sponsor Class A (Maximum sponsors: One)

1. The participant sponsor will obtain a booth in the fair of 120 m²,10 × 12 m.
2. The logo of the sponsor will be put in a distinctive size on the literature of the conference which include the bulletin and the guide of the conference.
3. The logo of the sponsor will be put on the attendance cards (badges)
4. The logo of the sponsor will be put in lectures hall, lunch hall and coffee corners.
5. The sponsor will obtain a full three-pages colored advertisement A4 in the guide of the conference.
6. The logo of the sponsor will be put in a distinctive size in the main entrance of the conference, passages and rest corners.
7. The logo of the sponsor will be put in a distinctive size on the website of the conference with a link to the sponsor’s website.
8. The sponsor’s logo will be put in a distinctive size in the conference advertisements in local newspapers.
9. The literature of the sponsor will be distributed among the attendance, along with the literature of the conference.
10. (250) invitations to the conference.
11. The sponsor will obtain a list of the attendants’ names and addresses in an electronic form.
12. The sponsor will have the opportunity to deliver a lecture for (20) minutes within the conference program.
13. The sponsor will deliver a speech in the opening ceremony.
14. The sponsor will be awarded by an appreciation plaque for for participating as official sponsor.

Charges: (600,000) Six Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals
