Mechanism for Requesting Reward for Scientific Award:

1. The student principal investigator student should submit an official letter to the program’s administration through usrsp@ksu.edu.sa requesting the reward for attaining the scientific award along with the following documents:

• A copy of the award certificate.
• A written pledge from the student principal investigator to divide the reward equally among the participating students (if the research is not done by an individual student).

2. All the payment requests will be reviewed and verified by the program Supervisory Committee before payment approval.
