Mechanism for Requesting Conference Participation Reward: ‎

1. The student principal investigator should submit an official letter to the program’s administration through usrsp@ksu.edu.sa requesting his/her reward for participating in a conference along with the following documents:

• A copy of the conference participation certificate.
• A written pledge from the student principal investigator to divide the reward equally among the participating students (if the research is not done by an individual student).

2. All the payment requests will be reviewed and verified by the program Supervisory Committee before payment.
