Mechanism for Requesting Student(s) Reward

1. The student principal investigator should submit an official letter to the program’s administration through usrsp@ksu.edu.sa requesting the student's reward (value SR 3,000) along with the following documents:

• A copy of the published research paper highlighting the stated program’s approved acknowledgement.
• A written pledge from the principal investigator to divide the reward equally among the participating students (if the research is not done by an individual student).

2. All the payment requests will be reviewed and verified by the program Supervisory Committee before payment.
